Unifying Light Chauvet Offers Complete Solution at Light24

Posted on October 31, 2024

LONDON –
Light24 (Light Expo, London) is built around the slogan Step Into The Light.  This concept has been enthusiastically embraced by Chauvet and its family of brands, as the company will be at the expo to showcase a wide range of solutions that will not only invite visitors to step into the light, but also create and control it in myriad ways, by doing things like using advanced graze and cove fixtures, outputting up to 48 universes from a rail mounted system, and much more.

The entire Chauvet family of brands will be on display at Light24 booth 45, with much of the emphasis being placed on the latest lighting and control innovations from Iluminarc, ChamSys and GeNetix.  Lighting professionals interested in attending the expo can sign up at https://register.visitcloud.com/survey/2my29bj4rukck.

At the Chauvet booth, visitors will be welcomed by a knowledgeable and friendly staff that will guide them through demonstrations of products like The Logic line of interior architectural lights from Iluminarc.  Featuring streamlined form factors that will fit beautifully into any install or architectural design, these products include the Logic Graze, a smooth, even wall washes, Logic Cove, a discreet strip for tight spaces, and Logic Downlights, a series of wash downlights in three styles.  The entire Logic line of fixtures is driven by the Logic Drive 2X, a compact control unit which provides combined data and power over widely available Ethernet cables, using Power over Ethernet technology.

Another architectural solution is the Ilumi series, which incorporates four-in-one color mixing, for bold saturated color and crisp, clean whites. Multiple filters are available for fixtures in this series to deliver precise beam control.

Control solutions from ChamSys will also be well-represent at the booth. These include the MagicQ DIN, which supports all MagicQ features, including scheduled events, UDP, OSC and other remote protocols, making it ideal for cabinet installation in control rooms. Ideal for theatres, houses of worship, and any venue requiring powerful control, the MagicQ DIN, features 24 universes of DMX output (expandable to 48), two RDM-enabled DMX outputs, inbuilt Wi-Fi for programming and remote control, and four 10Scene ports for connecting up to forty 10Scene wall plates.

ChamSys will also be highlighting the QuickQ Rack, a small rack mountable version of the QuickQ console designed for installations. It features the same operating system as QuickQ series consoles but is designed to operate as a remote system without physical user control. Featuring 10 playback/execute buttons, the QuickQ Rack is ideally paired with 10 Scenic all plates and supports four universes.

Visitors looking for Node solutions will find plenty to like at the Chauvet booth, including the GeNetix Switch 8, an eight-port unmanaged Gigabit PoE network switch that provides a total output of up to 200W of Power over Ethernet across its 8 ports, and the GeNetix Wall Mount Node 2 is a two-port wall mount PoE powered node, available to fit into standard single gang EU/US & UK backboxes.

These and other products a will make “stepping into the light” at the Chauvet booth a pathway to a new world of brilliant opportunities.
