Conquering the Multi-Site: Greg Bacus, Technical Director for Life. Church

Join Greg for a conversation on using event production and lighting to reinforce your ministry’s brand across satellite campuses. Sharing his vast experience, Greg will teach you how to create a plan that develops the right system and support structure post campus launch for each satellite location to stay true to the culture and message of your Main Site. This includes staffing, creating a culture for growing and maintaining a team outside the main campus, as well as partnering with vendors, integrators and manufacturers to facilitate your production.

Greg BacusGreg Bacus serves as the Central Team Leader of Technology for Life.Church in Edmond, OK. His team is responsible for integrating and supporting the organization’s AVL technology as well as broadcasting the weekend message each week to its 34 campuses. Before joining the team at LifeChurch.tv, Greg served on the staff at Fellowship Church in Grapevine, TX for nearly 12 years as the Programming Pastor for the Student Ministry from 1998-2004 and as the media pastor from 2004-2010. In his off time, Greg enjoys golfing, and spending time with his wife, Richelle, and their 3 kids…which usually means we’re at a sporting event in some city outside of Oklahoma!

His client list includes Church on the Move in Oklahoma, Passion City Church, and Willow Creek Church, among others. Daniel also provides consultation and programming for churches with his own business, Daniel Connell Productions, LLC.

Alex Fuller Alex Fuller is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of corporate, church, and live event experience. Alex’s passion is to use the technical arts as an extension of worship, that’s why he formed Fuller Lights LLC and started the Apprenticeship program. He loves to come alongside local churches as a consultant and coach—partnering with them for events, educating and training staff and volunteers, and creating atmospheres and experiences that are excellent.

Daryl SuttonDaryl Sutton has recently joined Chauvet as the National Worship Resource Manager. He has brought his expertise and decades of experience as a house of worship supplier to the Chauvet team, and we are thrilled to be working with him!
